“Ventimila cibi sotto i mari”, the first workshop on the new frontiers of food science at the 9th edition of the Master's Degree Course in Underwater and Hyperbaric Medicine "Piergiorgio Data"

Monday, May 8, is scheduled the interdisciplinary study day " Ventimila cibi sotto i mari, stile di vita e sicurezza in ambiente subacqueo e iperbarico", organized as part of the 9th edition of the Master's Degree Level II in Underwater and Hyperbaric Medicine "Piergiorgio Data", a two-year advanced training course offered by the Sant'Anna School in collaboration, since its first edition in 2005, with the Institute of Clinical Physiology of the CNR of Pisa.

The workshop is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Pisa CNR Research Area (Aula Grey of the IstitutoTecip of the Sant'Anna School) and from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Italian Naval League, Pisa section, in Marina di Pisa. At the conclusion of the afternoon session, remotely connected, the experience of athlete Davide Carrera, freediver and recordman.
